If you have been through all the conventional treatments and therapies and are considered a medical failure or a chronic pain person, you need to invest in our program and the methods we teach. We have dealt with every type of pain condition you can imagine and most of them fell into the “failure” category, all with astounding and continual improvement.
We provide a complete body evaluation to teach you the role that you have in your injury and your recovery. We administer and teach you the best in “cutting edge” therapy and strength training along with the proper usage of your entire body so you minimize your chance of any recurring problems.
This training and knowledge is missing in all forms of therapy and injury rehab that are available today. Gain the training edge you need to excel in your recovery and “get back into the game”.
All programs are custom designed and taught to you in our private 3,000 sq. ft. studio/gym/treatment facility. You come to us in sunny southwest Florida and get your life back as well as enjoy a nice vacation. Our goal is to teach you everything you need to know to maximize your complete recovery in minimal time. We also offer week-end sessions as well to minimize your time away from work.
The cost of your program is based on the complexity and severity of your condition. Your program fee is based on our rate of
$300/hr. which includes both of us working with you in all phases of your training. The minimum hourly requirement is 3 hours for your program design including evaluation and treatment along with strength and flexibility training. There is no maximum hourly time limit. In other words, we will do what it takes to give you the absolute best and most complete recovery program we can.
Your program is video taped so you have a visual and verbal record of all training that was done for you and is included in your program cost. This program can then be downloaded into your MP4 player for your on-going training instruction when you return home to continue your rehabilitation and strengthening.

Lecture and hands-on training on real equipment. Learn how to position and train your
patients/clients for optimum pain free response. This seminar is the real deal with training
from real experts, not by a slide show or handouts. Learn how to integrate and position the
entire body while performing stretches for all parts of the body. Learn how to properly
position and stabilize the entire body while performing strengthening exercises for all muscle
groups. This is information that you were not taught and yet are expected to somehow
know. Learn how to perform all movements yourself to become a more effective teacher.
LEVEL ONE - Overview of each part of the body beginning with the spine and moving
through each joint. Stretches will be taught for all major joints of the body to teach the
client/patient how to properly place and hold each part of their body. Core strengthening
movements will be taught for immediate implementation to patients/clients programs.
Includes book and Stretching DVD for future reference.
LEVEL TWO - Review of basic positioning requirements for spine and all joints.
Complete exercise protocol for each body part including most common exercises found
in most exercise regimens. In depth, hands-on work for positioning, performance and
spotting techniques for all exercises and stretches. Includes 74 exercises and stretches
supported by our second book on Weight Training and 3 DVD’s comprising almost 6 hrs.

LEVEL THREE - In depth work on understanding the etiology of joint dysfunction
and how to use The Alignment Resistance Training Method to analyze the entire body
for the proper treatment for numerous maladies and joint dysfunctions. Review of all

certifying you to teach THE ALIGNMENT RESISTANCE TRAINING METHOD.
